How do I get started with CastMate?

Getting started with CastMate is simple:

  1.   Sign up for a free trial account
  2.   Upload your short script or sides (PDF format)
  3.   Choose your character, project type & genre
  4.   Start practicing with your virtual scene partner

The platform will guide you through each step, making it easy to begin practicing immediately.

What types of scripts can I use with CastMate?

CastMate works with any type of performance script, including:

Pricing & Plans

How much does CastMate cost?

CastMate offers two flexible plans:

  • Lead Role Plan: 25¢ per minute (pay-as-you-go)
  • Series Regular Plan: $25/month (includes 150 minutes)

The Series Regular plan also includes a reduced rate of 20¢ per minute for any additional usage beyond the included minutes.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! We offer a free trial that includes 10 minutes of practice time. This allows you to experience all of CastMate's features and capabilities before choosing a plan.

The trial includes full access to:

What are the system requirements?

CastMate is currently optimized for desktop use. We recommend:
